Sleep More
Lose weight naturally with more sleep. That’s right! Effective weight loss requires a full night’s rest of at least eight hours. Of course, you can’t sleep and do nothing else. But any weight loss strategy you use will be more effective at helping you lose weight if you sleep enough each night.
Don’t Beat Yourself Up
If you slip up and eat a whole pint of ice cream or don’t exercise for four days, don’t fret. Many at this point will lose hope and give up all together. Don’t give up!!
One thing I recommend is that you build in times to binge a bit. I call it planned binging. Pick a day to be your binge day. Eat a whole pint of ice cream on that day. Look forward to your binge day all work and let it motivate you.
Remember, the key to weight loss is changing your eating habits and lifestyle. A pint here and there will not matter so much if you have developed the habit of running for 40 minutes 3 times a week.
Exercise
Speaking of running, the best way to lose weight naturally is to exercise. don’t worry if you hate exercise. You can set a long term goal of working yourself up to walking 20 minutes a day, even if you can only handle it for 5 minutes at first. Slowly work yourself up to 20 minutes a day. Once you get there, run for the first 5 minutes and then increase it one minute each week. Before you know it you will be running every day.
