Use Videos Games or Television
If you like video games, even something as simple as Free Cell, or if you like watching TV, then do not take part in these diversions while just sitting there. Exercise while you are doing it.
Find an exercise bicycle or a treadmill that is not too noisy and put it in your television room or near your computer. Whenever you watch TV or play video games, do while riding the big or walking on the treadmill. Do this WHENEVER you watch or play, even if it is for a couple hours. You don’t need to bike or walk fast. Just keep moving.

Fast food is making you fat fast. Fast food as now nutrients which just means that you are going to be hungry again and want to eat more. Keep fresh fruits and vegetables in the house and eat them often.
Exercise Works, But Not How You Think
Exercise does something more than just burn calories. Exercise tells the body that it is ok to burn fast instead of saving it. Evolution has taught your body to store food that you eat as fat if there is a shortage of food. Lack of exercise indicates to your body a lack of food. Our ancestors wouldn’t run around if there was a shortage of food.
However, when you exercise, it tells the body that everything is good and that it does not need to store energy as fat, but rather it can burn it.

Omega-3 fatty acids have been found to help in losing weight. These fats used to be abundant in our diet years ago. It appears naturally in animals, fruits and vegetables.
